An easy solution for last minute meetings. All deli lunches are prepared fresh the morning of your event with high quality meats, cheeses and/or mixed greens. Deli Trays are “make your own” sandwiches. A condiment tray of pickles, tomatoes, and cheese is included. Mustard and mayonnaise will accompany all box lunch and deli tray orders. Our specialty salads are entrée size and served with your choice of dressings and a roll.

Executive: (minimum order of 10)
    When impressions are important. Includes choice of sandwich or wrap, two side items & a cookie neatly packed in our new earth friendly caterware.

Economy: (minimum order of 10)
    When feeding the masses is important. Includes sandwich or wrap, potato chips & a cookie neatly packed in our new earth friendly 1 compartment caterware. Each “box” includes your choice of the following meats, cheeses, breads & all the appropriate condiments
    Meats: Baked Ham, Roast Turkey Breast, Roast Beef, Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad or Egg Salad. Vegetarian Available.
    Cheeses:     American, Swiss, Provolone or Cheddar.
    Breads:     White, Wheat, Rye, Sourdough, or multigrain. Croissants and Pretzel Rolls $.50 extra.

The Corporate Club:
    Piled high with turkey, ham, bacon, Swiss & American cheese on your choice of bread. Served with two side items and a homemade cookie. $10.50 pp.
new Buffalo Chicken Wrap:
    Sliced chicken breast, celery, buffalo sauce, and lettuce wrapped in a spinach tortilla, lightly spread with a pesto cream cheese. Served with two side items and a homemade cookie.$10.50 pp.
new Vegetarian Wrap:
    Yellow squash, cucumber, tomato, bell peppers, carrot, and lettuce wrapped in a spinach tortilla, lightly spread with a pesto cream cheese. Served with two side items and a homemade cookie.$10.50 pp.

Southwest Chicken:
    Grilled chicken breast on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, roasted red peppers, pepper jack cheese & chipolte mayonnaise. Served with two side items and a homemade cookie. $10.50 pp.

    Fresh bed of mixed greens topped with tender slices of sirloin, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber & red onion. $8.50 pp.

Cashew Chicken Salad:
    Fresh bed of mixed greens topped with chicken, cashews, cucumbers, red peppers, green peppers & chow mein noodles. $8.95 pp.
